Managed Security
Security is the most important behind the scenes technology that keeps protecting your website from malfunctioning. It is not a one-time setup, but rather something that is constantly watched upon. Our protective measures range from updating the underlying systems to patching up anything that might be vulnerable. The systems are fortified to detect, prevent & log any intrusion attempts. Besides, the key areas are protected by two-factor authentications. We cannot fully disclose the entire range of security measures we employ, but we can express confidence in what is implemented. Just in case, please know that our recovery services are not charged.
Managed Backups
As a part of security, everything on the systems are backed up on a regular basis, both automatically and manually. The backup systems are physically at a different location, are fault tolerant and the data is encrypted assuring safety. As many as 6 different backup copies over a year's period are available to switch to in case it is required.
Recovery copy for you
You can request a full recovery copy of your website's code* (files & database) once every year. Although this might not really be needed, it assures that you have a copy that's implementable on a different server if needed. A full set of requirements & instructions to implement the copy are also given along.
*Please note that some features such as speed optimizations, security fortifications, would not be available in the recovery copy since these optimizations are tuned to work on our setup only, a different server would require a alternate methodology and should be looked into by you. Some edit methods might differ too but website will remain editable for sure, your webpages will show up the same as they did previously if implemented as instructed.
